Responsibilities

Collaborate with external clients to understand their business needs and data requirements

Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications including SQL examples, data mappings, relational diagrams, and source-to-target mapping

Design SI solutions using dashboards, dossiers, reports, etc.

Work with the client account teams to get a deeper, holistic understanding of the client’s business and their usage of the ServiceBench application to support their business

Work with the SI development team to ensure proper understanding and interpretation of business and technical requirements

Perform testing to ensure solution accuracy and data integrity

Provide technical support and training to clients on how to use the SI solutions and MicroStrategy effectively

Proactively perform data analysis to identify trends and insights beneficial to ServiceBench clients’ business

Manage timely delivery of SI solutions

Some travel required (up to 3 times a year; a couple of days each occurrence)

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related fields

1-3 years’ experience, and strong knowledge of BI tools and technologies, preferably MicroStrategy

Experience in data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization

Familiarity with SQL or other programming languages used in data analysis

Excellent problem solving and written and oral communication skills

Experience working with external clients

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Active listener; strong communication - verbal and nonverbal

Probes; good analysis; solves more detailed problems
