Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets, while expanding Submer’s market share in North America.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, customer support) to align sales initiatives with business goals and objectives.
Cultivate a positive, collaborative team culture that fosters creativity, innovation, and a shared vision of sustainability within the data center industry.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments to broaden Submer’s market presence.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies and ensure Submer maintains a competitive edge.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or other diverse educational backgrounds.
Proven experience in senior sales roles within the technology or data center industry.
Strong understanding of data center technologies, products, and solutions.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans to win new logos and build on follow-on revenue streams.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
