Responsibilities
Perform thorough technical reviews of construction-related grants, including identification of potential issues in project scope, budget and scheduling as well as grant-specific risk analysis
Perform scoping technical reviews for budgets, unallowable costs, narrative consistency, scheduling, schematic drawings and site plans, and other categories
Review and provide recommendations on project scoping, capital budget updates and project re-budgeting
Provide detailed weekly reports on review progress for each grant submission
Attend meetings and trainings as needed

Required
Bachelor's degree
At least 3 years of experience in architecture or engineering
At least 1 year of experience performing technical reviews
Professional Engineer license
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Approved to work in the United States
