Responsibilities
Manage day to day operations of Comparion Advantage Program.
Maintains partner system requests and updates as needed to sustain partner programs.
Responsible for maintaining partner email boxes both internally and externally with appropriate and timely responses.
Liaison & collaboration with departments such as but not limited to: Comparion leadership, Legal, Compliance, Treasury, Technology etc.
Prepare and finalize payment process for external partnership monthly.
Create SOPs and process to ensure quality partnerships remain active.
Must have analytical skills and excel knowledge to support the programs and deliver monthly reports to stakeholders.
Must have effective oral and written skills with the ability to breakdown complex topics into digestible materials for both external partners and Comparion leadership.
Must have excellent organizational and prioritization skills to proactively solve issues as quickly as possible.

Required
Knowledge of project management principles and concepts.
Displays effective communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills;
Emerging team building skills.
Business operations knowledge to include understanding the function's value chain and market conditions strongly preferred.
Competencies typically acquired through a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in addition to 2+ years of relevant experience to include project management work.
Preferred
Advanced degree such as MBA preferred.
Project management certification preferred.
Experienced or knowledge of partnership programs preferred.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, negotiation and investigated skills required.
Experienced Excel Skills and SAS knowledge preferred.
