Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver cohesive submission packages including annotations for the tactics as well as references as determined by internal and client-specific guidelines

Route submission materials to internal team and implement revisions as needed.

Comfortably balance multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining an up-to-date tracking document to keep cross-functional team members up to date on the status of the projects.

Participate in weekly status calls with brand and regulatory teams to discuss status of projects and communicate priorities
