Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach the development team in Agile best practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and continuous improvement.
Identify and remove impediments that may hinder the team's progress.
Foster a self-organizing, cross-functional team environment where everyone is empowered to deliver high-quality results.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on sprint goals and priorities.
Track and report on team performance metrics, helping the team optimize workflow and productivity.
Serve as a servant leader to the development team, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
Encourage a culture of innovation and adaptability to meet evolving project and business needs.

Required
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment, preferably working on web and mobile applications.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices, with experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Demonstrated ability to identify and remove blockers that affect team performance.
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity.
Preferred
Familiarity with software development processes and technologies is a plus.
