Responsibilities

Own and manage relationships with assigned affiliate networks, brands, and agencies.
Negotiate placements, commission rates, and exclusive promotions to maximize benefits for Wildfire partners and their consumers.
Onboard and educate new merchants on Wildfire’s value proposition, promotional methods, and client base.
Monitor merchant performance, analyze data, and identify growth opportunities within your portfolio.
Optimize underperforming merchants through data analysis and strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams, especially Client Success, to identify optimization opportunities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio, answering questions and resolving issues related to commissions, platform status, and promotions.
Represent Wildfire at industry events.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of experience in account management and/or sales within the affiliate marketing industry.
Proven ability to build and manage strong client/partner relationships, including communication, negotiation, and objection handling.
Data-driven decision-making mentality with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in relevant computer applications (Word, Excel, G Suite, HubSpot or other CRM, and various affiliate network interfaces).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to change, and demonstrate a passion for learning.
