Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential clients.
Create comprehensive account plans for strategic clients to ensure alignment with client goals and objectives.
Regularly review and update account plans to reflect changes in client needs and market conditions.
Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and close deals. Oversee the preparation and management of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support. Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
Organize and participate in client meetings, presentations, and industry events. Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products and services.

Deep understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
