Responsibilities

Own the product vision, roadmap, and outcomes to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Build tools for Operations teams to monitor, manage, and optimize carrier integrations.

Use data and user feedback to uncover needs, validate concepts, and drive improvements.

Define requirements and advocate for usable, consistent, and effective UX designs.

Create clear PRDs, deliver actionable requirements, and measure product performance.

Balance feedback, identify synergies, and influence prioritization across teams.

Guide and mentor junior Product Managers, contributing to team growth and success.

Proven ability to deliver scalable integrations and address technical challenges independently.

Experience designing tools to help Operations teams manage and optimize integrations.

Use data to inform decisions, measure success, and communicate progress effectively.

Advocate for consistent, usable, and intuitive product designs.

Balance stakeholder needs, influence leadership, and align resources effectively.
