Responsibilities

Creates and implements code for a product, service, or feature, reusing code as applicable. Writes and learns to create code that is extensible and maintainable.

Creates a clear and articulated plan for testing and assuring quality of solutions, and defines success for outcomes of tests (e.g., unit tests).

Contributes to the identification of dependencies, and the development of design documents for a product area with little oversight.

Contributes to efforts to break down larger work items into smaller work items and provides estimation.

Participates in code reviews to ensure coding standards are followed.

Contributes to the development of automation within production and deployment of a complex product feature.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, Python, C, C++, Compute Unified Device Architecture (CUDA), or HIP + OR equivalent experience

2+ years experience in developing and maintaining Machine Learning (ML) framework

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role

Preferred

Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, Python, C, C++, CUDA, or HIP + OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, Python, C, C++, CUDA, or HIP + OR equivalent experience

4+ years experience in developing and maintaining OSS machine learning (ML) framework
