Responsibilities

Identifying, analyzing, and documenting problems with business processes

Working with end users and stakeholders to gather business requirements

Prioritizing issues with business and development

Creating Functional specifications

Participating in designing test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures

Maintaining necessary business process documentation supporting our Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Required

Possess a bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Math, Statistics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, English or a related field of study OR prior experience in Inventory Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, eCommerce or IT

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Proficient computer skills

Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented

Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency

Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities

Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills

Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

Work independently as well as in a team environment
