Responsibilities
Support customer related services for 40 current and 200 prospective customers.
For customers, you will:
Maintain customer information in internal systems
Manage customer paperwork, including invoices, contracts, and communication through cross departmental workflows
Support customer meetings from research for new meetings to kick offs and close outs
For Sales/BD leadership, you will:
Provide administrative support
Quickly and efficiently provide research support including weekly and monthly reports on existing and prospective customers and competitors
Interface with the services execution and project management team
Help track the strategic committee goals/activities/action items
Help maintain and generate new collateral
Work with channel partners

Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited academic institution or equivalent experience
Experience: 2 year's experience in a professional environment
Familiarity with Microsoft 365
Preferred
Salesforce (or other CRM)
LinkedIn
Sharepoint
Familiarity with web presentation tools
