Responsibilities
Develop and execute paid media strategies to drive profitable growth in customer acquisition for U.S. and Canadian businesses
Establish appropriate KPIs based on expertise of the business to drive marketing channels and campaigns towards profitability
Leverage alternative attribution methods to quantify campaign performance
Forge strong partnerships with Risk and Finance teams to optimize return on marketing investment
Build and Support multi-channel DTC marketing efforts through all stages of the product and marketing cycle
Brainstorm and implement well thought-out marketing experiments and ensure results are scientifically sound
Lead SEO strategies from an acquisition perspective with the objective to increase the revenue driven through organic search
Oversee internal teams and external vendors on the execution of paid media campaigns and SEO strategies, with the ability to also go into platforms for campaign execution
Ensure marketing and vendor related spend in responsible channels is spent effectively
Lead external vendor selection for responsible marketing channels and maintain ongoing relationships
Partner with other departments cross-functionally to support execution of marketing campaigns ( e.g. Marketing, Mar - tech, legal, compliance, etc.)

Required
Bachelor’s degree in related field from an accredited college or university required
8+ years experience working in a digital media-focused planning & buying role, preferably in financial services
Hands-on experience planning, executing, and optimizing digitally driven consumer acquisition campaigns, with demonstrated success
Expert knowledge working with Google and other ad/search partners
Strong experience with PPC, paid media, SEO
Strong experience creating and executing A/B marketing tests
Extensive experience in digital campaign analytics: attribution methods, media mix modeling, conversion KPIs, CPA
A proven track record of successfully developing and rolling out effective initiatives on time
Ability to understand, analyze, and interpret various data sets and reports
Comfortable dealing with non-well-defined problems and experimenting with different approaches
Demonstrated ability to influence decision markers and work well cross-functionally
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization, with multiple stakeholders across time zones
