Responsibilities

The work would primarily be to support day-to-day global corporate legal entity matters for about 60 subsidiaries around the world, including support of GEMS legal entity database.

Section 16 filing support

Knowledge of Delaware LLCs

SEC filing experience

Global experience

GEMS or other corporate secretarial database (Blueprint, etc.) upkeep experience
