Responsibilities
Source and outreach potential candidates for current and future openings (pipeline).
Cold calling.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
Schedule and coordinate in-person and virtual interviews.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Utilize the Applicant Tracking System to manage candidate profiles, schedule interviews, and maintain job postings.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
Extend verbal offers of employment and send written offer letters.
Monitor and track recruiting metrics.
Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain a solid pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Regularly communicate recruitment updates to talent services team, management and team leads.
Other duties as assigned.

Required
Industry experience.
History of recruiting field appraisers.
Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job posting platforms.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and interact professionally with various stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with online job platforms such as ZipRecruiter and Indeed.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques using social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Glassdoor.
Team-oriented mentality and ability to work independently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
