Responsibilities
Handle hotel booking inquiries, make reservations, and confirm room availability for guests
Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and online communication platforms
Assist guests with changes, cancellations, and any special requests related to their bookings
Ensure accurate processing of payment information and issuing of booking confirmations, invoices, and receipts
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and offers to provide tailored recommendations

Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and customer-focused demeanor
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask effectively and manage bookings with precision
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be 18 years or older
Must speak/read English fluently
Preferred
Basic knowledge of travel destinations and hotel services is a plus
Bilingual skills are an asset!
