Responsibilities
Serve as a functional and technical leader for Salesforce Data Cloud projects.
Translate business requirements into well-written user stories and well-architected data solutions.
Engage with customer stakeholders, project management, product owners, subject matter experts (SMEs), and internal delivery teams to design and deliver optimal data-centric solutions.
Provide thought leadership on improving customer operations through the use of Salesforce Data Cloud.
Perform fit-gap analysis between customer requirements and Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities.
Create solution design documents, including solution overview, capability maps, system architecture, configuration, data flows, and user stories.
Facilitate discovery and working sessions, managing participants and agendas to drive understanding of business needs and pain points.
Build strong customer relationships and become a trusted advisor.

Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the CRM industry, including project management, business analysis, and technology implementation in full-life cycle engagements.
Solution design experience, particularly on enterprise-scale solutions.
Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud configuration and custom development.
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate processes across disparate systems.
Experience writing user stories to capture Salesforce Data Cloud requirements.
Salesforce certifications, including Data Architecture and Management Designer, Certified Technical Architect, or similar.
