Responsibilities
Drive Larger Portions of Revenue for the Business
Lead a team of 6 Account Executives
Coach, Mentor, and Motivate a High Producing Sales Team and Generate Revenue Opportunities for the Organization
Assist in Recruiting, Hiring, and Training to Grow & Maintain a Sales Team
Formulate and Executive on Monthly & Quarterly Sales Plans
Assist Sales team with Client Meetings, Presentations, and Negotiations
Inspire, Lead, and Coach a Dynamic & Face-Paced Sales Team

Required
B2B Software Full Sales Cycle Experience
Must Currently be in a Sales Director or Sales Manager Position
Managing a Full-Sales Cycle Software Team of at Least 4 Sellers
Consistent Track Record of Teams Exceeding Revenue Goals
Passionate about the Data Analytics Space
Reside in the US
Either Central or Eastern Time Zone
