Responsibilities
Act as a lead analyst to provide project, program, and initiative-related direction and guidance for other analysts
Develop, code, run, and prepare formatted reports to support key quality improvement functions, including HEDIS reporting
Collaborate with department leads to understand and document business requirements for reporting
Conduct quality assurance checks on reports to ensure integrity and accuracy
Assist program managers with research regarding performance measurement outliers

Required
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare or equivalent experience in a non-financial regulated industry
At least 1 year of experience in managed healthcare or equivalent
Proficiency with Excel and Visio, and demonstrated ability to learn new information systems and software
Knowledge of basic statistics and experience in reporting and/or programming
Preferred
Master’s Degree or higher in a clinical field, IT, Public Health, or Healthcare
HEDIS reporting or collection experience
1+ years in managed healthcare non-financial reporting
Experience using multiple programming languages, including SQL/SSRS
Supervisory experience and project management skills
