Responsibilities
Partner with product management to provide input on market needs, pricing, and positioning during product development to ensure alignment with customer expectations and demands.
Lead the creation of go-to-market (GTM) plans for product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing Services, and Sales to ensure a seamless execution.
Be the company’s expert on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity, utilizing these insights to influence product strategy and go-to-market approaches. Create, implement and maintain a process to capture and disseminate competitive intelligence.
Develop clear, differentiated product positioning, messaging, and marketing content that demonstrates the unique value of our products for target customer segments.
Support demand generation by developing compelling content, whitepapers, sales presentations, and customer success stories, that communicates product benefits effectively.
Collaborate with sales and revenue enablement to develop materials that clearly communicate our value proposition, focusing on solving customer problems rather than feature and functions.
Partner with Marketing Managers to ensure ongoing communications and outreach within target states incorporate product benefit messaging into upsell, retention, and conversion action plans.
Implement tools and process to ensure product messaging is aligned across all internal teams.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in product marketing within SaaS, with a focus on K-12 edtech
Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, enablement and sales teams to execute successful product launches
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Deep understanding of customer segmentation, product positioning, and competitive analysis
Experience creating content that aligns with the customer journey and addresses real customer pain points
Experience working with revenue enablement teams to create effective sales tools and ensure product-market fit
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and an ownership mentality
Experience and overall curiosity in leveraging AI tools and resources to support more efficient and effective outcomes
