Responsibilities

Meeting Facilitation: Skilled in effectively facilitating meetings, ensuring productive and engaging sessions with clients.
Client Engagement: Adept at capturing and maintaining clients’ attention during meetings, fostering a collaborative and engaging environment.
User Research & Data Analysis: Experienced in conducting research through interviews, surveys, and usability tests. Proficient in various UX techniques and tools, translating gathered data into actionable insights.
Presenting Insights & Communication: Capable of clearly and compellingly presenting research findings and insights, engaging and persuading clients and internal stakeholders.
Intuitiveness and Empathy: Possesses a strong sense of intuitiveness and empathy, crucial for advocating human-centered design principles.
Analytical Mindset: Inherently analytical and enjoys the analytical aspect of the UX research process, using data to drive decisions and insights.
Effective Project Management: Prioritizes and manages research plans in dynamic, fast-changing environments, working closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and developers, to integrate user insights into the design process.
Agile Methodologies: Knowledgeable in design thinking and agile practices, adept at handling projects in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
Research Artifacts: Develops and maintains user personas, journey maps, site maps, process flows, workflows, wireframes, and other research artifacts.
Design Insight: Brings a UX design background or a keen eye for design to enhance both research and design aspects, with proficiency and/or familiarity with tools like Figma.
Advocacy for Human-Centered Design: Demonstrates business and consulting acumen capable of positioning and advocating for human-centered design, especially in projects where end-user feedback is not traditionally sought.

Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience.
Preferred
Experience working with external clients such as governmental agencies
Proficiency in UX research tools, artifacts, and methodologies
UX Design background and data visualization skills
