Responsibilities
Analyze Learning Needs : Identify the goals, target audience, and learning objectives of a course or training program.
Design Learning Experiences : Plan the structure, format, and content of the course, often creating storyboards, learning objectives, and assessment strategies.
Develop Learning Materials : Create or oversee the production of materials like eLearning modules, instructional videos, slide decks, guides, and interactive activities.
Implement the Learning Solution : Deploy the training materials on learning management systems (LMS) or other platforms.
Evaluate and Revise : Collect feedback and assess the effectiveness of the training, making improvements as needed.

Required
Authorized to perform duties in the U.S
Your degree program requires an internship for graduation
Actively enrolled in a 4 year or graduate degree program and must be enrolled in a class to receive academic credit
Minimum G.P.A of 3.0
Have reliable internet access since this Internship is 100% remote
Acknowledge this is an unpaid internship
Internship availability from August to November, during Komen’s hours of operation (Monday – Friday from 7am – 6pm CDT)
Available with a minimum 2 four-hour blocks of time OR 3 three-hour blocks of time during the business week
