Responsibilities
Design and execute performance tests (load, stress, spike, and endurance) to ensure systems meet business performance requirements and SLAs.
Develop testing strategies, write test scripts, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Analyze user behavior and client usage patterns to optimize test data and simulate real-world scenarios.
Work with project teams to schedule and report test outcomes, document defects, and communicate issues for resolution.
Lead QA projects, mentor team members, and drive process improvements across the organization.
Implement and enhance automated testing tools to improve testing efficiency and quality.
Coordinate with third-party QA teams, offshore resources, and stakeholders to ensure smooth testing operations.
Stay up to date on the latest QA trends and best practices and promote knowledge sharing across teams.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years in Performance QA, with hands-on experience designing and executing performance tests on large-scale platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
Expertise in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, etc.), monitoring tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics), and data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, LoadRunner, or Microfocus UFT.
Experience working in Agile environments, with a strong understanding of Agile values and methodologies.
Preferred
Experience with mobile testing tools (Appium, BrowserStack) and web/IOS testing.
Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, and cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
Knowledge of DevOps practices and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
SAFe Agile certification or Certified SAFe DevOps Practitioner.
Experience with eCommerce platforms (Hybris, Adobe) and API testing.
