Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and Milliman standards
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed
Prepare detailed project documentation, including status reports, meeting agendas, and post-project evaluations
Foster collaboration and ensure effective coordination across departments to achieve project objectives
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality in project delivery

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in a consulting, financial, or technical environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Experience working with diverse teams and fostering an inclusive environment is a plus
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent
