Responsibilities

Enter orders received via phone, fax, and email into Oracle Order Management, including non-standard and government orders.

Manage istore registrations and respond to inquiries.

Address customer inquiries regarding order changes, delivery status, sales contact information, and more.

Follow up on pending documentation or actions to ensure order accuracy.

Collaborate with internal teams to address order-related inquiries and resolve issues.

Assist with departmental projects or tasks as assigned.

MS OfficeOracle Order ManagementMultitasking abilities

Required

High School Diploma required

1–2 years of customer service or call center experience in a manufacturing setting

Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Outlook

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a team environment

Flexibility to work during peak times, such as quarter-end

Preferred

Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Oracle Order Management experience preferred
