Responsibilities
Translate complex cross-functional concepts into process maps.
Facilitate process mapping activities to generate workflows and process visualizations.
Evaluate how new or updated procedural documents affect existing ones.
Identify and engage stakeholders and subject matter experts throughout content development and approval cycles.
Lead projects aimed at enhancing or creating procedural documents for global development.
Address deviations, inspection commitments, and corrective/preventative actions.
Collaborate with Quality Managers to ensure alignment with content standards and lean writing principles.
Coordinate approval with business units and Quality on document and package approval.
Manage document review and approval workflows.
Maintain project schedules, identify and mitigate risks or issues, and escalate with recommendations as needed.

Required
10+ years of Pharma Industry experience
Must have excellent comms skills
Experience in developing standard operating procedures, supporting documents, work instructions, and forms/templates.
Proficiency in process design and documentation.
Ability to understand and translate complex processes into streamlined procedures.
Strong writing skills tailored to multiple audiences.
Awareness of GxP regulatory requirements.
Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
5–10 years of client-facing experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree
