Responsibilities
Manages the talent acquisition process for non-exempt and exempt staff
Prepares and posts job ads for recruiting boards
Actively sources and screens candidates for job fit
Assists with interview scheduled
Works with management on legal aspects of hiring / interviewing; creates interviews
Works with management to determine and extend employment offers
Works with managers to write job descriptions that accurately reflect the position
Updates existing job descriptions as roles evolve
Applies consistent job description functions to similar roles in the company
Aligns job descriptions to market compensation and updates internal compensation grid

Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
7 + years’ experience in an HR role; full life cycle recruiting experience required, must be able to source talent; screen candidates
Comprehensive knowledge of HR legal aspects; recruiting techniques
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to successfully interact with people at all levels of the organization
Detail oriented, highly organized
Experience with job boards, applicant tracking systems and HRIS systems
Experience with Microsoft Office suite
Preferred
Experience with Workday
Financial Services experience strongly preferred
