Responsibilities

Plan and execute annual events, aligning them with marketing and sales goals, handling logistics like venue, vendors, travel, and registration.

Manage tools to capture and track leads, collaborate with sales to qualify leads, and analyze engagement metrics to improve future events.

Work with marketing to create event content and with sales to align event goals with pipeline objectives, while building relationships with vendors and sponsors.

Oversee event budgets, negotiate with vendors to maximize ROI, and optimize resources for cost-effective execution.

Prepare reports on attendee feedback, lead performance, and ROI, using data-driven insights to recommend improvements for future events.

Required

At least 5 years of experience managing events, including large-scale trade shows and conferences.

Proven ability to implement and manage event lead generation tools to drive measurable results.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency with event management software (i.e. iCapture, Cvent, Eventbrite), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot), and marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).

Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to design engaging experiences and adapt to challenges dynamically.
