Transforming raw data into actionable insights through data wrangling, analysis, and visualization
Collaborate with the Director of Analytics to identify reporting needs
Create interactive dashboards
Provide data-driven recommendations that drive business decisions

Required
Three or more years of data analysis experience, with strong focus on data visualization and data wrangling
A strong passion for analytics
Expertise in SQL and familiarity with other data preparation tools like Tableau Prep, Power Query and AWS Glue
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts
Proven experience building dynamic dashboards and reports with data viz tools like Tableau, Power BI, etc.
Ability to identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Ability to perform data validation and troubleshooting to ensure high data quality
Familiarity with data modeling techniques and best practices
Experience in designing, documenting, and implementing data and content governance frameworks and policies
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and design reporting solutions that meet their needs
Ability to work in both an Agile team environment as well as in an independent, self-directed setting with complete accountability and transparency
Preferred
Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R
Experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, machine learning, or basic data mining techniques
Experience working with cloud-based platforms like AWS
