Responsibilities

Develop and implement a regional sales plan to achieve company revenue and profit objectives.
Identify and target healthcare professionals, physicians, clinics, hospitals, and other potential clients who can benefit from compounding pharmacy services.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competition, and growth opportunities.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and healthcare professionals in the territory.
Provide excellent customer service and support for existing clients, ensuring their needs are met.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in pharmaceutical compounding and product offerings.
Educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and advantages of customized medication solutions.
Collaborate closely with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth communication and order fulfillment.
Coordinate with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies with company goals.
P&L understanding (Sales, Profit, Margin).
Budget and expense management.
Desire to work in an entrepreneurial small company environment.
Desire to build a business through long-term customer relationships.

Required

BS degree in Business Administration/Marketing
Minimum of 5 -10 years’ proven sales experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals or healthcare
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Knowledge of the compounding pharmacy industry
Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed
Proven success in developing markets
Exceptional communication/facilitation and presentation skills
Strong leadership and passion for business
High energy, fast-paced, strong work ethic
Negotiating and multi-tasking abilities
Strong results orientation and initiative
Solid business acumen
