Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and interpret the data, ensuring data de-identification, accuracy, and integrity.

Identify trends, correlations, and patterns within the data to support patient safety publication efforts.

Perform data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure high-quality analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide insights that support operational and strategic decisions.

Use statistical methods to analyze both structured and unstructured data.

Support development of reports, interactive dashboards, and visualizations that communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Support the automation of data processes and implement solutions to improve efficiency in data analysis workflows.

Provide actionable insights to leadership, helping shape business strategies and drive data-driven decisions.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Epidemiology, Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience required

3 - 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst

2 - 4+ years of experience in Python and/or R

Experience in Data Mining, Data Modeling, Data Wrangling, Data Cleaning, and Data Visualization

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SQL.

Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques, predictive modeling, and machine learning concepts

Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written

Must be a US citizen
