Responsibilities
Collaborate with client service team on development of clear project briefs for client work
Partner with brand strategist to lead tactical planning
Lead client workshops
Work closely with client media agencies to ensure thoughtful tactical development
Advise on adjustments to make the creative work harder based on where it will run.
Build CX maps and journey maps to bring complex ecosystems to life for clients.
Stay up to date on new channels and engagement opportunities for all audiences
Work closely with P10 Social team on social media efforts
Drive curiosity in the agency, sharing inspirational content and helping to broaden team thinking

Required
4-8 years of experience in a healthcare marketing agency focusing on engagement strategy, preferably to both HCP and patient audiences
Understanding of current healthcare media environment
Understanding of content and communications strategy
Expertise running tactical planning and ensuring that solutions are aligned to strategic imperatives without creating unnecessary clutter.
Knowledgeable about evolving pr/comms and medcomms landscapes
Strong analytical skills
Willingness to be on-site with clients
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to do brand strategy and UX as required
