Digital Acquisition Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities
Assist with requests, backend setup, maintenance, and tracking of subscription rates, offers, and landing pages to ensure accuracy and seamless campaign execution.
Assist with in- and outbound campaign setup and deployment across marketing channels–email, paid search, paid social, display retargeting, and others.
Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) of all campaign assets, including but not limited to landing pages, creative materials, offer codes, tracked links, and promotional messaging, to ensure consistency and accuracy across all platforms.
Maintain and update campaign calendars, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met on time.
Approve invoices, track campaign expenses, and ensure accurate budget reporting.
Create, maintain, and refine campaign performance reports for benchmarking purposes and to provide informative data for future strategies.
Support data tracking, analysis, and market research efforts to compile insights and identify potential opportunities for subscriber growth.
Collaborate with the analytics team to understand and monitor key acquisition metrics such as conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
Prepare and manage creative briefs for marketing assets, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and deadlines.
Oversee the development and QA of marketing assets, such as visuals, copy, offer codes, tracked links, and content feeds, to guarantee they meet campaign requirements and brand standards.
Coordinate with external vendors to support marketing efforts and ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaigns.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in a digital marketing or eCommerce role, specifically focused on customer acquisition.
Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Sound technical aptitude with proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides), website analytics (Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics), and spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel and Google Docs).
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and marketing technology
Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills to create compelling value-positioned messaging, ensuring alignment with brand standards and messaging consistency
Self-motivated with a demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer success and satisfaction.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
Comfortable requesting, interpreting, and working with data to inform decisions.
Skilled at maintaining high productivity while managing competing priorities and working under time constraints.
Preferred
A strong interest in news and media is preferred.
