Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral-based interviews via phone.
Review resumes and conduct mock interviews.
Perform candidate outreach and manage the onboarding process, including health assessments, background checks, and credential verification.
Attend college events such as career fairs, info sessions, and resume reviews, and occasionally visit hospital facilities in Bloomington, Lafayette, Muncie, or downtown Indianapolis, approximately twice a month.
Enter data into Oracle (ATS) and other applicant tracking systems.
Schedule and coordinate job shadows and hiring leader meet & greets.
Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure all new hires pass their NCLEX and complete pre-employment health assessments and background screens.
Maintain intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
Stay informed about interviewing techniques, TA, OFCCP, and EEOC guidelines.

Required
1-2 years of experience as a TA Coordinator or HR Admin.
1-2+ years of recent sourcing and recruiting experience.
Strong deadline orientation and metrics-driven approach.
Must be open to attending college events (career fairs, info sessions, resume reviews, etc.) and/or coming into Hospital facility (Bloomington, Lafayette, Muncie, or downtown Indy) approximately 2 times a month.
Preferred
Campus recruitment experience is a plus.
Previous experience with Oracle is preferred but not required.
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Basic knowledge of healthcare is a plus but not required.
