Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance in developing Mission Engineering learning assets, including Initial Design Strategies and defining learning and performance objectives.
Participate in Curriculum Requirements and Course Development meetings, offering expertise in Mission Engineering methods and best commercial practices.
Serve as the lead SME in the design and development of exercises, projects, and assessments, ensuring learners grasp key Mission Engineering concepts.
Review learning assets for technical accuracy and relevancy, evaluating and selecting commercial training materials for inclusion in courseware.
Design and build online and traditional classroom-based learning products, contributing to the creation of interactive job aids, tools, and communities of practice.
Deliver training and provide direct customer consultations and tailored learning events, sharing expertise on current statutes, regulations, and best commercial practices.
Prepare the workforce for informed decision-making related to the technical oversight of requirements, development, testing, fielding, and support of Mission Engineering content.
Attend meetings, conferences, and training sessions, with potential travel to off-site training locations and managing the shipment of training aids as needed.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, plus 10 years of experience.
Extensive experience in Mission Engineering methods and their application to Systems Acquisition, including Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), requirements generation, design, and test and evaluation.
In-depth understanding of Mission Engineering products as detailed in the Mission Engineering Guidebook, including mission architectures, threads, and digital engineering models.
Expertise in digital modeling techniques using SysML and other Mission Engineering modeling tools, with proficiency in digital simulation techniques and practices.
Ability to contribute to the design, creation, and delivery of training products, including digital and classroom-based training.
Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a favorable background check.
