Responsibilities
Build innovative sourcing and hiring strategies for technical talent.
Deeply understand business needs to deliver thoughtful recruiting solutions.
Build and maintain a strong network of technical talent through proactive market research and relationship-building.
Own the full-cycle recruitment process in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, leveraging data to influence decisions.

Required
7+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience, including sourcing passive candidates.
Proven success recruiting for technical roles such as Software Engineers, Front-end/Back-end Developers, DevOps, Product Managers, and Analytics Leads.
Experience in a high-volume, high-production environment where quality and metrics matter.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, or a related field.
Expertise with ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Workday, or similar tools.
Strong data fluency with the ability to analyze metrics and influence hiring decisions.
A track record of hiring diverse talent and fostering inclusive recruitment practices.
