Responsibilities

Collaborate extensively with on-site teams to conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to flyers, brochures, and social media content.

Take ownership of the design process for the quarterly design playbook, encompassing content creation, layout design, and overall management.

Prepare initial drafts of design concepts and proactively present innovative and creative ideas for feedback and refinement.

Develop high-quality illustrations, logos, and other graphical elements to support marketing and branding efforts.

Ensure the strategic application of colors, typography, and layouts for each design, consistently aligning with established brand guidelines.

Iterate and refine designs based on constructive feedback to optimize visual impact and effectiveness.

Ensure that all final design assets are visually cohesive, aesthetically pleasing, and in strict adherence to brand standards.

Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Canva, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop, to create and enhance digital content.

Possess a strong attention to detail and an acute aesthetic sensibility, ensuring design integrity and quality across all deliverables.

Exhibit exceptional communication skills, facilitating collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Demonstrate the ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and meet strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by the supervisor, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.
