Responsibilities

Configure and administer Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and other core Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
Create, configure, and secure SharePoint & Teams sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and permissions according to best practices and user requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into efficient M365, SharePoint, and Power Platform solutions.
Administer and secure Power Automate workflows to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
Manage user access, permissions, and security settings within Microsoft 365 and SharePoint & Teams environments.
Implement best practices for security, governance, and performance within Power Platform applications and SharePoint Online.
Provide user training and support for M365 collaboration, Power Platform, and SharePoint applications.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform regular maintenance as needed.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field of study; relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365, and Power Platform certifications).
Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 administrator, with expertise in SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Apps & Power Automate configuration and administration.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite functionality, including OneDrive, SharePoint & Teams, as well as Power Automate workflows, connectors, and process automation.
Strong ability to interact and communicate with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
As a federal contractor, successful candidates are required to pass the following pre-employment requirements prior to beginning employment: pre-employment drug test and background check.

Preferred

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks is a plus.
