Responsibilities
Oversee delivery of ServiceNow development initiatives, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and best practices.
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to developers.
Identify and address gaps in current development practices, aligning with organizational goals.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and business stakeholders to define and execute the ServiceNow roadmap.
Transition development responsibilities from Cognizant to an internal team by May.
Build and scale internal scrum teams to support future platform enhancements.

Required
Deep technical expertise in ServiceNow development and configurations.
Proven experience leading development teams, including code reviews and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred
Experience in ITSM, ITOM, and Knowledge Management.
