Responsibilities
Designing and implementing software solutions that meet business requirements and technical specifications.
Analyzes project needs/requirements and recommends solutions to enable enterprise integration.
Develops and implements software solutions, standards, processes, and security.
Collaborating with product managers, architects, Quality assurance and other stakeholders to gather and refine software requirements and developments.
Maintaining and enhancing existing software applications through bug fixes and feature enhancements.
Keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve software development practices.
Attends vendor training/conferences and presentations for continuing skills development.
Trains and mentors team members and other Adtalem Global Education technical resources as necessary.Review Automation Test Strategy, providing directions on scope, documenting the scope and coverage for deliverables.
Automation using CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery) pipeline using ADO / Jenkins.
Design and implement Test automation strategies, architectures and frameworks using Selenium (WebDriver) / Java.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Complies with all policies and standards.

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.
Three (3) plus years of progressive relevant industry experience.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to break down complex problems into smaller components and propose effective solutions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across different functional groups.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to follow coding standards and best practices.
Flexibility to work on different projects and adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
Demonstrate ability to work independently and take initiative. Eagerness to learn new technologies and take on new challenges.
