Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Epicor ERP support team to ensure efficient issue resolution.
Manage and prioritize support tickets and incidents, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Monitor system performance proactively, identify potential issues, and troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users, ensuring minimal business disruption.
Identify and implement opportunities to optimize workflows and streamline business processes.
Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and procedures to enhance system efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their evolving requirements and align solutions with business goals.
Manage Epicor ERP implementation, customization, and upgrade projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Monitor and track project progress, including timelines, resource allocation, and cost management.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Epicor ERP support specialists to achieve optimal performance.
Conduct recruitment, training, and professional development activities to build a high-performing team.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes teamwork and innovation.
Perform regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and establish clear career growth paths for team members.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
7+ years of hands-on experience with Epicor ERP, including system configuration, customization, and user support.
Strong knowledge of SQL and reporting tools for data analysis and report generation.
Proven experience managing ERP implementation and upgrade projects, with a solid understanding of project management methodologies.
Ability to troubleshoot complex ERP-related issues and propose effective solutions.
Preferred
Epicor ERP certifications (e.g., Certified Epicor Specialist).
Experience with ERP data migration and integration processes.
Familiarity with developing automation scripts or tools for process improvement.
