Responsibilities
Act as the lead in various capacities on projects. This will involve gathering requirements, designing solutions, assigning work, monitoring/managing progress, coaching team members, developing project plans, and putting together technical documentation as needed.
Work closely with stakeholders, leadership, Salesforce admins, and Salesforce developers to construct software, tools, and custom solutions to support the growing needs of the organization.
Develop high quality code that adheres to best practices in design, proper testing, and good documentation.
Support testing and training in countries with QA colleagues.
Administer and support Salesforce including user setups, profile and role management, custom fields, validation rules, page layouts, advanced workflow/process builders, and custom objects.
Work cross-functionally with various business teams and other stakeholders.
Fulfill stakeholders’ needs and ensure they are satisfied with the end result.
Track and appropriately communicate expectations internally.
Support and manage existing integrations and support new line of business integrations, including third party systems such as company ERP, CTI connectors, connected applications, etc.
Define, model, build, and test new, modified, and custom-built functionality, workflows, etc.
Manage a team of full-time admins/developers as the team expands.
Maintain and manage SDLC and case management for the team including monitoring team performance.
Organize, prioritize, and manage work for the team.
Perform code and change reviews.
Manage requests from users.
Help design, implement, and deliver solutions.
Other related duties as assigned.

Required
BA/BS in a technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience
Certified Salesforce Developer
Certified Salesforce Administrator
Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator
4+ years’ experience developing in Apex, Visualforce/Lightning, and Java
4+ years’ experience in an agile environment (SCRUM preferred)
2+ years’ experience working with large data sets and bulkification
Strong understanding of relational databases and data integration tools; capable of using ETL tools, Data Loader, and manipulating data for load in Salesforce. Experience with Heroku a plus.
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of Products – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience implementing and developing in Apex, Visualforce/Lightning, and Java.
Experience as a development team lead/coach.
Experience with JIRA and Agile/SCRUM leadership.
Can gather requirements, present solutions to stakeholders, and lead development of solutions.
Salesforce unit test development and functional testing skills.
Experience working with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.
Ability to write, interpret, and critique technical documentation.
Informed on Salesforce platform changes, best practices and active in the Salesforce community.
Preferred
Experienced working in hyper-growth and heavy acquisition type organizations strongly preferred.
Experience with CPQ, Field Service, Service Cloud and Case Management a plus.
Prior experience in the design/development/implementation of CRM platforms.
Speaking additional languages used in Europe is an advantage.
