Responsibilities
Concept, design, and deliver creative marketing materials across various mediums to support the company’s campaign and marketing objectives
Work with the Creative Director, Art Directors and content team on creative development to understand requirements and goals to be communicated
Stay up-to-date with and provide regular status updates on assigned projects
Make recommendations to improve efficiency, productivity, processes and procedures
Help create templates and standards for use by our marketing teammates
May be responsible for specialty areas/projects as determined by Creative Director
Maintain expert knowledge of applicable business, procedures, products, industry news and developments

Required
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital design, or related design field
Eight years of experience in graphic design with a proven track record in creative marketing
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
Demonstrated ability to manage brand strategy and maintain high design standards using traditional and digital formats
Excellent presentations skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to diverse audiences
Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills to assimilate ideas in collaboration with diverse stakeholders and mentor/coach junior staff
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred
Experience in the financial services industry, with a focus in retirement
Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing
Experience with digital marketing
