Responsibilities

Help clients grow and protect their assets to achieve financial goals, including:

Funding a secure retirement

Growth above inflation and taxes

Protection of assets from estate taxes

Build referral pipelines and develop strong partnerships to grow client relationships.

Analyze client financial data and assist in developing investment strategies and leading portfolio rebalancing efforts.

Create financial plans tailored to client goals, time horizons, and risk appetites.

Prepare and review client communications, forms, and account documents.

Adhere to all compliance and legal requirements.

Answer routine client questions and prepare for client meetings.

Assist with client prospecting and marketing efforts.

Attend coaching sessions and training events to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.

Utilize new tools and resources to improve team productivity (e.g., new technology, platform enhancements).

Required

Proven track record of success in investment sales.

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Finance or similar field)

Strong knowledge of financial products and skills necessary to execute the outlined business model.

Licenses (preferred or must obtain within six months of hire): FINRA Series 7
