Responsibilities

Prepare and review journal entries as part of constructing a well-developed accounting framework in collaboration with the Chief Accounting Officer.

Prepare and meticulously review account reconciliations, and take action in researching and resolving any discrepancies you discover.

Assist with the management of department projects by implementing new systems and spearheading process improvement initiatives to bolster the efficiency and performance of our accounting practices.

Evaluate staffing needs and make hiring recommendations for the accounting team. Manage and develop the accounting staff to support the strategic growth and success of the department.
