Responsibilities

Manage the customer contracting process, including the performance of customer diligence, creation of Zus’s customer Order Forms, and handling of legal and privacy requests

Conduct initial reviews of vendor contracts, identify key legal risks, and coordinate with the General Counsel for final approval

Oversee our Equity Program, including processing stock grants, options, and ownership changes

Prepare memos and summaries to assist the General Counsel in decision-making

Support the drafting of compliance policies, identification of potential legal risks, and maintenance of audit controls

Conduct research on legal and regulatory issues related to our business use cases

Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, handling employee issues, and maintaining compliance with labor regulations
