Responsibilities

Implement Planful's Financial Performance Management (FPM) Suite

Advise and translate existing client FPM business process to Planful software solution and provide best practices

Adhere to and help develop the Services methodology

Lead customer and partner knowledge transfer and training sessions

Drive project and Services team metrics and margins

Support sales team with scoping and POCs

Required

Prior consulting experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Command a strong presence

Be consultative

Proven ability to ramp on new products in a start-up environment

Ability to adapt to diverse project teams

Ability to interact with senior level executives and sales executives

Must be able to deliver 'consultative no' discussion

Candidate must have the ability to travel at least 40% of the time

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or the equivalent of 2 years of Accounting/Finance experience preferred

Experience at a software company or Big 4/large GSI is a plus
