Responsibilities
Manage end to end payroll processing for 5 to 7 high-touch, complex, multi-state clients accurately and according to their respective payroll cycles.
Manage benefits administration tasks on behalf of client including audit and review of data to ensure accuracy. Audit all payroll related transactions to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Support HR Consultant's on client projects and deliverables such as new hire onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, etc.
Process new state and local tax registrations.
Provide second tier review for payrolls processed by HR Associates as necessary.
Provide back-up to HR Consultants as needed.
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
