Responsibilities

Demonstrate hands-on coding, and unit testing with an emphasis on quality and 100% coverage of test scenarios as well as triage of Issues independently utilizing monitoring and observability tools and frameworks.
Possess the ability to grow your coding skills exploring advanced programming concepts (libraries, frameworks, etc.)
Participate and contribute in ceremonies (e.g., Scrums, Sprints, Tech, and peer code reviews).
Has a solid understanding of cloud architecture concepts, microservices CICD pipelines and processes.
Participate in production support that includes on-call rotation.
Understanding and delivering on requirements
Support Requirement Grooming and AC Creations
Works well independently
Provides accurate estimates of their work
Provides status to leaders frequently (Scrums, Weekly or daily status)
Provides Small Knowledge Transfer and development guidance to other team members
Analyze and debug general coding functional issues
Capable of using monitoring and observability tools to support troubleshooting and resolving simple to complex issues
Capable of providing innovative ideas to influential people
Works closely with manager, tech lead, product owner/analyst on questions, issues, and status
Fostering and establishing strong relationship with your administrative, project or product teams
Actively participate in all meetings
Executes with direction

Required

1-3 years of hand on coding experience with SDLC
Developing scalable backend solutions using GoLang, Java or similar
Seeks guidance on complex problems and general assistance
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Represents/Supports their product or project team on their own
Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
Have a curiosity to learn the latest technologies
Works well in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in information technology

Preferred

Jira/Confluence experience a plus
Cloud technology experience a plus
Experience with NoSQL Databases a plus
Knowledge of event driven microservice architecture a plus
