Required

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

5+ years’ experience with UKG Pro or Equivalent HCM Solution, or 5+ years of industry experience (HR, Payroll, Time etc.)

3+ years' experience with Presales/solution consulting / Presentation to C Suite executives

Ability to engage with all levels of an organization to understand and then demonstrate how UKG can solve their pain points.

A strategic mind with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions.

A willingness to travel up to 30% and explore new horizons.
